Something needs to change. You might not be able to name it yet, but you feel it.
That gap isn't a lack of willpower. It's usually noise: energy going to things that were never really yours to carry, a story you tell yourself that works against you, habits that quietly and firmly hold you back.
Coaching helps in a lot of situations. A few of the common ones:
Constantly postponing important actions and decisions, for various reasons.
Putting off the thing that actually matters to you.
Knowing what needs doing — the job, the conversation, the idea you've been sitting on — and still not doing it.
Facing a decision that matters, and going round in circles.
Moving through a change: work, a relationship, the end of a chapter.
Starting things with real intent, then watching them fade.
Life looking fine on paper, but not feeling the way you thought it would.
This isn't a checklist. If something needs to change and you can't quite name it yet, that's a good enough place to begin. Through coaching, you and I will start closing the gap.
Reduce the noise. Align the story. Build your portfolio.
A chemistry call, then four sessions. Here's how it runs.
Ten years of coaching people through change, and what it taught me.
A 30-minute chemistry call — relaxed, centred on you: where you are, and what you wish was different. No pitch, no pressure.
Reduce the noise. Life gets loud. Coaching starts by slowing it down. In our sessions you are given room to hear yourself think — for some people, the first real room in years — and to look honestly at what matters to you. Not what should matter. What does. I won't hand you your values; you'll hear them in your own words. My job is to make sure you're actually listening to yourself.
Align the story. The way you see yourself, the way you act, and the story you tell yourself don't always align. When they don't, things slip. It happens quietly, repeatedly, in ways that are hard to spot from the inside. This is where honest conversation between you and me comes in. I'll meet your openness with attention and curiosity. I'll honestly tell you what I notice. What you do with what comes into view is yours, as it always was.
Build your portfolio. Change becomes believable through evidence, not motivation. Between sessions you test what surfaced. That means taking small steps, chosen by you, in your real life. I'll invite action every time; whether you take it, and what it may look like, is up to you. What builds over time is a portfolio of proof — first hand evidence that change is within your grasp.
One of those three probably landed harder than the others. That's worth sitting with.
Step one — the chemistry call.
30 minutes, free. Every coaching relationship starts here. It's a relaxed conversation about you: where you are, what you'd want to be different, what's been getting in the way. Come with a clear goal or come unsure what to call it — both belong here. It's also the place for your questions, such as what coaching actually looks like, how sessions run and whether it's for you. Ask anything. It's not an interview and it's not a sales call.
Step two — the sessions.
Four one-to-one sessions, one hour each. Delivered over Google Meet, with a deliberate two to three weeks between each session. The space between is where the actual change happens: you take what surfaced and live with it, test it, act on it. Then we pick up exactly where we left off. Start to finish, the block runs around two months.
The investment.
The full block of four sessions is £120.
The partnership.
What you can expect from me. Full presence, honest questions, and a challenge when you need one. What I won't do is promise outcomes. No credible coach can. The work is yours; the results are yours. My commitment is that every session is entirely about you.
What I'll expect from you. Come as you are, but come ready. Coaching only works if you do. That means showing up consistently, reflecting honestly, and taking action between sessions.
For nearly a decade, I have coached people through physical and lifestyle transformations. The pattern was always the same: the training plan was never really the problem. What determined whether someone changed was what happened between their ears — the story they told themselves, the habits they couldn't see, the goals that weren't really theirs.
That's what pulled me toward transformational coaching. The body is where I started. The person is where the work actually is.
I coach online, one-to-one from the UK. Sessions are held over Google Meet, so it doesn't matter where you are, just that you show up.
Outside of sessions you'll find me climbing, out in nature, or deep in something geopolitical. I like a good laugh and, as cheesy as it sounds, I genuinely enjoy thinking. Before personal training, I was a chef. Deciding to leave the kitchen was the first time I made a choice to reshape my life around something that mattered more to me — I just didn't have the words for it then. Transformational coaching was the second choice, and the work hasn’t been glamorous: most weeks I'm juggling my day job as a trainer while building this practice, stacking my own small wins as I go. Early 2027 brings the next step — moving to Colombia and continuing my work online from there.
Sessions are conversations, not lectures. I'll ask real questions and challenge you, not harshly, but honestly. You lead the direction. You own the outcomes. I hold the space and keep us pointed at the focus points we mapped out together.
If you're looking for someone to hand you a plan and cheer from the sidelines, this is not it. If you're willing to look honestly at where you are and do the work between sessions, we'll get on well.
I trained through an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited Level 1 coaching programme, and I am now in the process of completing the required coaching hours. I coach to the ICF's ethical framework. In practice that means what you share stays confidential, you set the agenda, and the outcomes belong to you.
Thirty minutes, over Google Meet, focused on you. Pick a time that suits you via the link. No preparation needed.
